
Brandie has taught over a thousand hours of yoga since getting her certification in 2005. She has helped students of all ages experience more vitality, joy, and simplicity in their lives. She teaches asana classes, offers private yoga therapy and life coaching sessions, teaches vegetarian cooking and is a practitioner of prana karma, an Ayurvedic hands-on energy healing modality.
